The email title should be something like "[$10 Off Inside] Plus Get More Parts Your Way". The code should be where I blacked out the screenshot.
On the link for Royal Purple page on O'Reillys there's also a $10 rebate for $10 and an automatic coupon for 5qts of Royal Purple for $39.95
In the end mine was $39.95 - $10 email coupon -$10 rebate = $19.95 + tax

Also, if you've received multiple emails in the last few weeks, look closely at the coupon codes. Mine were all unique.
