From the way I understand the deal is it's 40% off the monthly rate and you have to sign up for 1 year. This would result in a yearly price of ~$95 vs. the annual (non-monthly) charge from Walmart $98. I don't think this is a deal at all unless someone shows otherwise.

It goes on sale at various times throughout the year for 50% off. Also either AAA or AARP has it for a major discount, something like $58 for the year.

Free if you have Amex Platinum or Business Gold. (You pay monthly and get the $12.95 back credited to your card) Though next year, Business Gold goes to Walmart Business+ membership instead.
