I'm guessing this won't fit the Dewalt 60v trimmer that accepts multiple attachments?
Well I guess it does fit. Somebody said they bought it and it fit. Somebody else says it fit there 40v RYOBI. I guess a lot of these attachments are universal fitting
You have the 60v Dewalt Trimmer model DCST972? If so, how long have you had it and is it of good quality? which attachment(s)? the Edgar and/or the pole saw?
Yes it fit my 60v Dewalt trimmer. The quality is alright with this price point definitely worth the convenience for a quick change with ur trimmer. I also got the bush trimmer and it the same attachment so I'm guessing the other one is also compatible.

Ok. Thanks much for the info. Greatly appreciate it. Repped
I will say that it can be tough to create an edge line with this edger attachment. Since you don't have the weight of a walk behind edger the blade can bounce on you when you trying to dig it in to establish the line, which can cut up your grass if your not careful. Its not dangerous or anything like that though.
But if your lawn has the edge line already established you can really fly through edging with this.
I think I'm going to buy the pole saw attachment for this price to give it a try.
I hate getting my chainsaw out and putting bar oil in it for quick cuts then having to clean it. This seems like it will be easier to deal with and clean.

I can also confirm this fits the dewalt 60v DCST972X1. It doesn't seem to mist the chain oil while running like I would expect from the manual. I tried adjusting the screw but it barely turns a quarter turn one way or the other. I'm afraid to ape it since I saw a review where the screw just popped out and couldn't be pushed back in. I'm not sure if I have a bum unit or I'm missing something
