mine came in yesterday. Works just as well as the $800+ onces by Hyperice I used at my PT office. I'm 5'10", got a large, it goes up and compressed my entire thigh. Very strong at 150mmHg (strongest setting)
I bought these last time this "deal" came up. They seem reasonably well made and do feel nice. That being said, I have never used compression boots before so I don't have any baseline. Additionally I have only been using them for a few weeks so longevity is unknown.
I have the ones that are strapped on different parts of the leg (4 sections) with heat option. It had heat and different types of vibrations/compressions. It was about $75 (there is similar one posted on SD).
How is this different from the strapping models?
Purchased them on the last deal. They are nice, I use them about 2 times a week after my long runs. The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the battery life. Maybe 75 minutes on a charge when using higher pressure. I am sure using lower pressure settings would improve that, but I like the higher pressure.

Do these provide enough compression at and around the knees? One of my knees has been acting up on long runs, so hoping to see if this may help.

Quality of materials and ease of use. Most "strapping" models are made from polyester that secure with Velcro. These use decent denier nylon and zippers.

Really shouldn't be using these for more than 60 continuous minutes per sessions. With that said, I can get about 1.5 sessions per charge, therefore, make it a habit to charge it after each session. If you're in a pinch, you can use it while it is plugged in and charging.
