I bought the white one a couple years ago, works fine for me. the horizontal rotation works great, and the vertical adjustment works fine but i don't adjust that often but i can adjust it and it holds as of now.

I bought this, and this was my experience as well. Whatever they use for that hinge breaks down quick and renders it a piece of junk in a month... can't be tightened. I wrapped it with tape to try and get a bit more use out of it, but that didn't even work, it was just trash. No need to waste money on landfill fodder.
