I added the prices while updating the deal. The Router came back in stock making it 12 tools. Anyway it looks like the impact wrench is the most expensive at $199.00. Also the Circular Saw is close at $189.00

The 99 price is usually for brushed tools - this is brushless. Plus I had a $20 rebate via Amex so it was only 121 after taxes (in WA which are a bit higher than average).

I got this battery and charger in the 4 ah version basically for free during the trade in event and then got the Brushless RP 4 1/2 angle grinder for 37.00. THAT was a deal. this is a mew deal at best

True - I got a edger/trimmer for ~45 if memory serves during that event. However, that was a limited event and no longer available until maybe they do it again next year (I have kept my old dead Makita 9.6v batteries just in case). I'm sure there have been even better deals but they are no longer available and my Delorian's Mr. Fusion is in the shop.

"old dead Makita 9.6v battery" exactly what I traded in. Guy told me he has not seen one of those in years. The RP grinder was just a deal on its own,, actually found it on here and jumped on it. I used the $50 certificate they gave me to buy the 2 batteries / plus charger and free tool for $99 ( Got the cordless shop vac ) so after coupon $49 bucks

Nice. Mine was a more immediate need as the brake on my string trimmer went bye bye. Otherwise would have planned it better - I'll keep your 'trick' in the back pocket.
