Are you ordering the gray model, not the white one the link goes to?
The controls are also better (on the Dyson, you have to cycle through all the settings which gets kinda annoying, ie to go back to fan speed 1 from speed 2, you have to go pass speed 3 first).
The attachments are magnetic but limited to just 2 of the same shape. There's no diffuser but honestly, I wouldn't even know how to use any of the fancy attachments since I'm just blowing my hair and no styling it.
There's only 2 temperature setting, hot or cold (the ring of light around it turns red for hot and blue for cold). However, the hot is nowhere near as hot as a Dyson. Dyson has 3 heat settings so some people might like that more. But I have toddlers and I have permed hair myself so I don't need high heat. Even with only one heat settings, it still dries my hair as fast as the Dyson. My wife has curly, thick and super long hair and she says it dries about the same as the Dyson.
Overall, well worth the $20. The only other con is that much like the Dyson, the air intake is on the bottom of the handle. I always intuitively hold it closer to the bottom of the handle and end up restricting airflow accidentally, just like on the Dyson
