Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

The only reviews I could find for this things were on the Singapore Amazon site (this includes Greenworks own website). Sounds fine, no alarming or terrible reviews

For $27, I'll roll the dice on it....

My understanding is that Greenworks makes kobalt tools, do the batteries have any crossover capabilities?

Edit: apparently, Greenworks doesn't make kobalt power tools, only the yard tools

I have a guide and Rotozip bits that goes onto my corded Dremel. I've used it to cut sheet metal once and plywood once. I've owned it for at least 20 years.

I'm curious - if I go the other way around, buying a "rotary saw" and removing the guide (is it removable?), do I then have a large ungainly Dremel? I ask because of the price difference and battery platform difference between "cordless rotary tool" and "cordless rotary saw" ... would only come into play if I couldn't get a cutting wheel to go where I wanted it to go.

Marvelous!

Thank you very much. This is gonna be a cheap, cordless specialty saw for quickly cutting outlet, vent, and other small holes in drywall or thin panels. I wonder if I can cut subway tile with it... 😏

I'm a big 24v greenworks fan, this is gonna be a beautiful addition to my collection. Gonna go clear out a spot right now in the garage for it.

That's the price before you "clip" the $18 coupon. Look for the coupon. I see it in the Walmart app
