It's fairly heavy at 3.7lb but a rugged build. Ram is soldered to the board and there's no slot to add more ram. One M2 slot for SSD. Touch screen is a nice feature.

Honestly solid homelab / home server. Has Quicksync. Poor connectivity (only 5Gbps on USB-C and USB-A) but has built in ethernet. Better value than most mini-pcs

If like any modern laptop, its just looking up how to pop off the back cover, than unscrew one screw to release the drive and replace. Easy if you can figure out how to pry open the back cover.

All the 250nit business class machines out there in the world.
It is just going to be to dim at maximum brightness to use in bright environments.
That said it will still be fine for a lot of folks so Im not saying it is true poo-poo.
