Highly praised shoe. They were too narrow for me and I'm okay with standard shoes but lean ever so slightly wider. For hiking and scrambling etc... these would have been too uncomfortable.

Love these shoes and have been using this line for the past 18 years. Price is good, but I wish they had the GTX model which is a lot more versatile.

Bought a pair and returned it. The toe box is too narrow for my feet. The shoes are otherwise very comfortable, besides the toe box. Shoes are also breathable; wore them all day around a warm office and didn't feel discomfort from overheating once, and no sweating. Really good styling. If your feet are average or narrow, this is the shoe to get. Will work as around town shoe and for light to moderate trails.

I know these aren't snow shoes/boots but does anyone know how well they hold up in snow. Doing a snowboard trip to Japan this year and want a shoe that has some decent traction
