They've totally vanished almost overnight in several states over the past few weeks. We're not talking closing lots of stores, we're talking entire states going dark all at once. They didn't go away completely in mine, BUT they're down to 3 now for my entire state (they probably had a dozen or two just a few weeks ago) and what was the fifth closest store to me just a week or two ago is now the closest one.

Is that Grandma's Pizza any good? I'm thinking about getting it and adding 5 toppings to bring the price up to about $23, then I'll get a stuffed pizza as the second one. I love chicken bacon stuffed.

A sad state of affairs. I enjoyed going to the numerous locations near me, now all closed. Sadness.

That's exactly what happened in my state (TN). All stores shut down overnight with no advance warning.

I enjoyed the grandma's pizza. Was better than their detriot style and much larger.

They only have locations in NorCal if you're stuck behind the Granola Curtain in the PRK gulag, like me. But I'm down in low-cal SoCal, where $ is plastic & ppl r 2, so I'll have to abstain from voting on this deal's "Good/Bad" status. C'est la vie!

I'm just a little north in Kentucky, they did almost the same thing, but left two stores open in Louisville and one in Elizabethtown. They completely exited Ohio and Alabama as well and from what I understand, Michigan and Indiana are down to about just a very few now as well. All in the past few weeks.

Double the price and give you one "free"?
They do not respect us. They used to be reasonably priced since YOU do most of the work,
$24 is NOT a good deal on a combo pizza.

Wow, didn't realize the price of their pizzas went up so high. It's been several years since I've had a Papa Murphys pizza as all my local ones went out of business. I rememeber I used to buy these all the time because they were $11 for a family size which was a good deal. I must say I do miss the chicken, artichoke and bacon pizza that was tasty.
