ATX 2.4

You should choose an ATX 3.0/3.1 power supply over an ATX 2.4 unit if you are buying a modern, high-end graphics card

I've used this power supply before, not really a fan, cable wires are thin, not to my liking and for the sale price only makes it worth considering.

  • Big fan of Japanese capacitors
  • I agree with @SDSummerday to get the best tech available for future builds and upgrades - But this build is not a gamer workstation.

Component prices vary, best to pick up parts when they are on sale. If you wait until "everything" is on sale then you'll be waiting a long time...
