These Grade A refurbished Apple phones and watches can be a strong value when the unit is clean and fully functional, with some iPhone 13 mini and watch purchases arriving in great shape and even showing 100 percent battery health. The main appeal is lower pricing on newer Apple gear, but battery condition is a recurring concern, especially on Apple Watch Ultra and older iPhones. Several units arrived with heavy scratches, dents, dead batteries, or activation problems from blacklisted IMEIs. A one year warranty and easy returns help, but the refurb grading looks inconsistent.

  • Watch tinkerers comfortable replacing batteries, because Apple Watch battery swaps can be straightforward and the parts can be inexpensive.

  • Shoppers wanting a cheap first-generation Ultra for casual use, because the watch can still work well even if future software support is ending.

  • Buyers who need long battery life from a refurbished watch, because these units can arrive near 85% health or even lower and may need an expensive replacement.

  • Shoppers who need guaranteed activation on a carrier, because an iPhone can arrive with a blacklisted IMEI and fail to activate.

easy fix to replace battery.
And cheap..like $20... a little bit of hand eye coordination, you revive your phone.. its crazy how people are scared to work on their devices.. what's the worst you can do to your already broken non-working phone?

Does anyone know if the included warranty would cover a battery replacement?

Replacement battery for a watch though is to get a new watch. No joke, it's insanely expensive. I checked for a series 5 and it was the cost of a new watch.
It's $100 w/ apple care+

Good deals, I ordered an iPhone 14 and it wouldn't activate on TMobile. They informed me the IMEI was blacklisted and couldn't be activated. Confirmed by checking the IMEI "Bring your Device" check on major carrier sites. Have to contact customer support to return it as they have lithium batteries.
