Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lime
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbls Italian seasoning
2 tbls lemon pepper seasoning
Marinade for as little as 2-3 hours or overnight and then grill.
Chicken breasts
Cut potatoes
Baby carrots
A ton of this seasoning
Add water to cover the ingredients and cook on low for 6 hours or so until the chicken falls apart. I've done it in a pressure cooker, too.
