this is a tiny watch - I returned it from a prior deal
Tiny? 38-40mm is typically considered "normal" for males today. This one is bordering "oversized." Larger makes sense for smartwatches that need the extra storage space for a larger battery to power them, but mid-20th-century 35mm was "normal," and today it's 38-40 being the standard size, for a common 7-ish inch male wrist circumference. Oversized watches are just an inconvenience that will snag on everything, especially since oversized watches aren't usually thin.
I do like a larger 42mm case size though - 38mm and smaller just feels small to me, with a left/watch wrist of 7.25-7.5 inches depending on how swollen my arm is from diet and exercise around any specific time. My largest watches are 45mm smartwatch and 45.8mm (and thick, huge bezel) dive watch, and they have their place, but it's not daily wear.
Jomashop is legit though - I'd get such a watch from there. No warranty unlike the official Citizen storefront on Amazon (other Amazon listings will have no warranty), but for the price difference and low chance of problems, the markup isn't worth it imo.
As for this watch - the design is not my thing specifically, but it's fine - this is all preference. The crystal protrudes past the bezel, so the mineral crystal will likely scratch more being that it isn't sapphire. For those that don't know though, mineral crystal is typically more clear than sapphire (sapphire needs better anti-reflective coatings applied), but softer so it will scratch more easily, while that softness also means that it will take an impact better than sapphire, without cracking. They both have their pros and cons. The rest is just typical stainless steel, with the weight it brings. The watch should go 10-15 years without issue, without any service.
