  • Our non-stick frying pans feature a fusion of stainless steel and Ceramic non-stick layer, crafted with precision laser etching. This innovative structure delivers excellent heat conduction while shielding the non-stick surface. The coating ensures effortless food release, allowing ingredients to slide off more smoothly than on traditional stainless steel baking pans.

  • Equipped with a high magnetic conductivity base, this Frying cookware is fully induction-ready. It works efficiently on all standard cooking surfaces.
  • Unlike competitors that limit hybrid coatings to the cooking base, our advanced process extends the hybrid Frying pan surface all the way to the rim, ensuring consistent performance across the entire pan.

This 12 inch Yonida hybrid skillet is aimed at everyday cooking with a stainless and ceramic nonstick surface, induction compatibility, and a lid at a low price. The hybrid pattern is praised for handling metal utensils, giving decent sear, and making cleanup easier than plain stainless, especially for eggs, fried rice, soups, and stir fries. The main cautions are that the etched surface can be hard to scrub, some similar pans have shown black residue or short lived nonstick, and the bottom may be thinner than pricier hybrids. A practical budget pick if you want hybrid convenience without paying HexClad prices.

At least half the product videos shown on the product page are for a different product. I hate it when Amazon throws together similar videos without appropriate disclaimers. A casual viewer would assume the videos were for the product advertised.
I have seen Amazon mix reviews of a totally different product(storage bag reviews anda ratings for an air duster, then spatula reviews) and even make the mistake worse by substituting another totally different product review when they try to correct the issue.
I submitted an error report 4 times over a month and the error still exist.

Only austenitic stainless is nonmagnetic. Induction pans are ferritic.
I learned something new today about stainless steel(austenitic, series 200 alloys). Thanks.

It says it's induction safe. Is any pan not induction safe? Am I missing something? Are there pans that are dangerous to put on an induction burner?
It just means that will work on your induction cooktop because some pans might not heat evenly or not heat at all and could be "dangerous" since they're not made for induction. Best bet if you don't know, get a magnet, if the magnet stick to the bottom of you pan, they is good for your induction cooktop.

Looks decent for the price, ran it through a couple of AI's basically it won't be a pan that lasts a year but will do a great job at this price point.

How It Compares to the Big Brandsvs. HexClad (The Hybrid Benchmark):

Functionally, the Yonida copies HexClad's design language. Both feature raised stainless steel patterns that let you use metal utensils and get a decent sear, combined with recessed "valleys" of non-stick coating for easy cleanup. While HexClad offers premium brand recognition, a heavier base, and celebrity backing (like Gordon Ramsay), it costs roughly 6 times more than this Yonida deal.vs. Misen (The Purist's Choice): Misen specializes in thick, high-quality, traditional 5-ply stainless steel. A traditional stainless pan will give you a superior professional sear and pan sauce (fond), but it has a steep learning curve and food will stick if your heat control isn't perfect. Yonida is much more forgiving for everyday home cooking. The Chef & Product Verdict: Why You Should Buy ItHexClad: The Built-In "Expiration Date" of Non-Stick: From a product standpoint, all non-stick surfaces eventually degrade and need replacement within a few years, no matter how much you pay. Spending $150+ on a HexClad pan that will eventually lose its slickness is hard to justify.
Spending $24 on a hybrid pan that lasts a couple of years is a fantastic value proposition.Unbeatable Value: For $24, you are getting a tri-ply constructed 12-inch pan plus a lid. Standard tri-ply pans without any non-stick coating usually cost more than this. The Hybrid Sweet Spot: It won't sear a steak quite as beautifully as an uncoated Misen stainless steel pan, and it won't slide an egg quite as effortlessly as a brand-new, dedicated Teflon pan. However, it offers 85% of both worlds: you can use a metal whisk or spatula without panic, and it wipes clean with zero fuss.If you want a low-risk, high-utility workhorse for everyday cooking (eggs, fajitas, stir-fries, searing chicken breasts), lock in that $24 price on the Yonida Amazon Store Page before the coupon code expires

I have that expensive one that they sell from Costco like this and would really like to return it. Nonstick maybe but the pattern on the surface is hard to scrub clean. If I bought it for $24 maybe I wouldn't complain so much but I'll never buy this type of pan anymore. I got it mainly because I have a commercial stove and thought this would withstand the heat.. which it has so far.. but not
*If those pans are hard to clean it's because you aren't doing "it" right.

#1 You are probably using too high heat.

#2 You're probably using oxidizing oils like olive oil and such.

For example: I bought the 3 pan set from Walmart made by Blue Diamond. Same deal but I didn't over pay....

3 pans 2 lids $26 OTD.

I only use low heat because these pans don't require high heat.

My pans also look like new. No black marks. I only use ghee and 100% grass fed butter...

Whut? Hexclad? Get outta here. Hexclad is a fine brand. No issues with scrubbing them clean, ever.

You'll hate cast iron then if that's your test
Wow, what a take. Cast iron residue is either leftover food or at worst rust. If you've seasoned it correctly and been using it, it's generally not iron rubbing off. But even if it is, it's iron. How you can even compare that to a chemical non-stick coating rubbing off is beyond me.

these copycat pans are all the same. they function like the Hexclad but are cheaper. people just don't read the instructions and mess up their pans.
The Hexclad design was invented in South Korea. The company there licensed the tech to Hexclad. I had pots and pans with this stuff when I lived in South Korea long before Hexclad brought it to the US market. It's tried and tested and great stuff.

Yes this type of coating with the non smooth etching is hard to clean, a seasoned carbon steel pan is easier to clean
