Look at the layers. #5, there is probably 1/2 inch of memory foam. Not bashing the deal just saying they should regulate what can be called a memory foam mattress.
A mattress' comfort is so personal to the user. I've had 2 hybrids (1 Wayfair, 1 Zinus) and I've been unhappy with both. I am currently sleeping on the latter which, though labeled as "medium", is like a block of concrete while also being labeled as "memory foam" with only that 1/2", maybe less, layer of it. When I input for a return, Woot just refunded my money and since I am planning on moving next year, I thought I'd use it until then. However, I have a 2" latex topper (that I already had) on it and a 3" memory foam topper (purchased for this mattress) on top of that!
For me, I would never buy another hybrid and, going forward, I will only get an innerspring mattress. They've always been reliable, comfortable, unlike hybrids they can be flipped giving them twice the lifespan and if one wants that memory foam feel they can get a topper for it.
This doesn't really answer your question but I thought I'd share. I am sure there are people who like hybrids, I have friends who recently bought a Bear and seem to be happy with it. Good luck!

Most innerspring mattresses from big box brands cannot be flipped over.

Like the other guy said, you may have some dated takes, as most mattresses can no longer be flipped. The quality of most innersprings is also now mostly garbage, even from the name brands and they all sag after a short while. All mattress quality is subpar nowadays.
The average person spends 26 years sleeping in their lifetime. Obviously a good quality mattress is tantamount to obtaining high quality sleep but few people really evaluate what their mattress is made of and how the materials in their mattress align with their weight and sleeping position. Twenty years ago I started looking into building my own personal DIY foam mattresses. Now all my family beds are DIY foam mattresses as well as my parents. These are mattresses in which I know the exact specifications of the foam layers that are used and choose ideal specs like firmness and thickness.
The mattress underground website (mattressunderground.com) is a valuable site that discusses all things mattresses including how to build your own as well as the quality of construction and materials of commercially available mattresses.
Spend a little time educating yourself on mattress materials vs. how they perform for people with various physical ailments (bad back/shoulder pain/pressure points), weight and personal sleeping positions. You'll probably save a good amount of money on mattresses over the course of your life and more importantly, vastly improve the quality of your sleep.
