The fan is powered by the Ryobi USB Lithium batteries. The batteries have a USB-C port on them for both charging the battery and charging external devices. Battery example link: https://www.homedepot.c
The charger can charge 3 of those batteries simultaneously rather than using the USB-C port.
There is no way to directly connect the charger to the fan.
