Eligible Starbucks transactions must be made at U.S. participating Starbucks stores and exclude purchases of alcoholic beverages, Starbucks eGift Cards and physical Starbucks gift cards. So will I get the 500 points? Maybe. But a "maybe" is not worth the effort to stop in at Starbucks 3 times to get a coffee-of-the-day that I don't need.
