I ordered this and am going to return it. I am very familiar with Lithium batteries and this jumper is super light. I highly doubt it can source 2500 amps.

Seems like that code only takes it down to $38 after tax. Discount is only $14.99
Same here, I got it anyway. It doesn't come w/ a case and is really lightweight. I'm too lazy to return it but I wish I would've passed and gotten something that was better quality like my others.

I wound up spending the money for this one that was highly suggested from varoius off road forums that I frequent.

Anyone ever use one of these before? There seem to be a lot of brand options, not sure which ones to trust. I'd like to keep a set in my car.
Not this one but I have tried 3 different ones and yet too have one work when I needed it. Daddy

LFP Jump Starters are now under $60 and will last.

If you just need it for a year or maybe two, this is an okay deal.

But for longer, go LFP.

Wow, a lot of those Amazon reviews scream as fake.
How does it scream fake? Is it because the reviews are not very detailed?

Just ridiculously detailed on nuances that make no sense, as if they are trying to hit a word quota. Or more specifically, an AI bot is trying to.

Sometimes when the battery is really dead you need to leave these connected for a few minutes before you try to start the car, hasn't failed me yet (never tried this one)

Good units have boost mode button that can start completely dead batteries. I have started 6.6L engines that have been sitting for months with batteries at .3V, yeah less than 1v, by using boost mode in seconds on my Gooloo GP2000 titan i bought 4 years ago. Cheap units with boost mode hold boost for 3 seconds for example and by the time you press boost button and get in vehicle to crank it boost turns off. Being cheap with jump starters is foolish.

Mine was 23.47 before tax with code - unit is pretty light so don't think there is a very large battery in it! I am reluctant to leave it in the car because of the heat down here in FL but that's half the point of having one.

Lifepo tends to be safer, less fire prone, and the peak amps matter.
