Never heard of this brand, but I see the seller has 100% positive reviews. Product reviews for this trimmer seem to have a lot of vine customer reviews.
Edit after use:
After charging the battery for 24 hours, and then installing the blade guard and handle which was easy, I trimmed one of my 10 ft tall holly bushes, and then two tiny little bushes as well. Total runtime was 12 minutes, and the battery had only one of four bars left. My other two Holly bushes will have to wait and do them another time. When I first put the battery in and pressed the power button, it sounded very weak compared to my old corded craftsman hedge trimmer. While cutting though, the performance was very good. Some of the branches on the holly bush had to be cut back and it went through most of them that were up to a half inch. The blades stopped on two occasions. Overall, the cutting performance is surprisingly good and it is lightweight. I wish the battery lasted longer. The battery is proprietary, so unless you only have a few smaller bushes or plan on paying an additional $30 for a second battery, this may not work for you. The protective plastic blade cover is extremely cheap and cracked, and I was unable to get it back on after use for safe storage.

Yeah hold out for 40V or better.
