You can actually use this to block wind noise in a motorcycle with no fairing. That's how good the ANC is. However they are uncomfortable. It was an emergency situation as lost my earplugs and they were in my backpack.

I live attached to mine. I wear them straight from my house to work and back (I own 2 sets) super confortable. I never excercise other than walking outside with them so i wouldnt know about that. but for a normal day, they are good. I own tons of earbuds and these have become my main set. also, when it comes to ANC they're on their own level. nothing comes close. the closest thing i own regarding ANC are the sony XM6 and these are a noticeable step above them.
