Not sure this is a discount, but from what I understand from the news article linked below, it's a new offering as of today, 9/21.
Unfortunately, 3 chicken wings for $1.99 isn't mind blowing, and it could be considered somewhat lukewarm I guess but may not be terrible these days. But if you need to make a purchase to activate other offers, it could fit the bill. Also offered in 6 for $3.89, 12 for $7.69, 24 for $14.99. Adding Ranch w/Old Bay (under "Sauces") to your online cart is free at my locations, YMMV.
Haven't tried these yet, curious how they are. Seems kind of rare to offer such a small quantity, which is nice so you don't have to commit to a larger purchase.
