Why msrp on this is 45 when other 7.25-10 es pliers are 35-38 in amazon? Deal by few bucks but nothing slick imo..

Of this specific ES type with the slim/elongated jaws? Not that I'm aware of.
Harbor Freight has some Doyle clones of the normal ones but their steel & longevity is probably not quite so 'buy it for life' like you get with Knipex. (they do have a 'lifetime guarantee' though which usually means as long as HF carries them you can swap them if something happens)

See above. Knipex is made in Germany and doesn't compromise on their materials or quality like the Chinese manufacturers that most cheap pliers use.

Nah same jaws. 87 51 180 is for 38.14, 87 51 250 is for 38.99, this one is 87 51 180 sba (sba basically means blister packaging), there is one 87 51 180 shipped by germany for 35.87 with free shipping .....
