That is my plan; I just lost a single airpod (that was starting to crackle anyway so it was on its way out lol) so I too am in need of an upgrade and replacement

I have these also, bought them last black Friday. I use them regularly at work to stream tunes. They are holding up great and sound great.

Only complaint I have is the case is magnetic clasp as is the buds in the case...and I work around metal dust so it's always collecting filings.
