These are decent, short term use so far, so not sure how durable. Significant arch support. They run slightly large. If you are 8.5 US men shoe size, I recommend getting the 275mm (7-8 size) unless your wear wide shoes.

the idea is you are supposed to cut them shorter. I did that but cut it too short, don't like the feeling of the tip of my toes where it drops off.

I am aware. But they are labeled half size too big. When I got the 290mm, I had to cut a lot. 275mm - almost no cut and I am 8.5us man size.

These are awful, bought them last time around. I'd call it a medium arch at best but the plastic is too soft (all the way around) such that there's no heal cup or real support. I'm going to put them in my slippers cause they're pretty much just a thicker insole.

No real support I can bend the "arch support plastic rubber" in half with one hand and arthritis. Get some real plantar fasciitis insoles with rigid support.

In the future, place the insole from the shoe on top of the insole you're cutting and trace around the shoe insole with a pen or marker. Should prevent from cutting too much.

I bought the blue ones, because I was having terrible heel pain at work. These do help. I took them out one day because I felt they were pushing on my arch. I noticed how much better my feet felt with them in though.

Clearly these work for some and not others. I've bough these two other times it came up and they have worked well. I'm using them in dress shoes and has def helped alleviate the Achilles pain I've been dealing with.

that is actually a great idea, I'll do that next time, thanks. I was cutting it around my feet before and trying to guess when I took my feet off (don't want to cut my toes off!).

I've tried the foot method too but nothing beats the insole method to get the best fit since all shoes are different. Save's time, money and your toes!
