I bought one from Costco because it was $500 off about 2 months ago and the lights broke in the keyboard. I hate returning things even though I have 3 months but they don't even want to answer me on social media which sounds ridiculous to me because returns just looks bad on the company and gives bad reputation, and all they had to do was just give answer and send me a new, cheap keyboard and it is a pretty cheap quality keyboard.
Check CyberPowerPC reviews. I would not purchase another CyberPowerPC again. I purchased directly from from CyberPower. The build quality was not great missing extra fans ordered and poor wiring. It eventually died at 1 year exactly. Customer service was horrible and offered no help.
As you mentioned their keyboards are very cheap but the components in the PC are a solid value in the current market. Anytime you buy a pre-built from an OEM the peripherals are basically e-waste. Dell, Alienware, ibuypower ect. All have terrible keyboards. Personally I don't even really want the keyboard and mouse it comes with. I'd rather they just knock $10 off the total price and call it a day.
This CyberPowerPC build stands out as a strong-value gaming desktop, pairing a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and RTX 5070 Founders Edition with 32GB of DDR5 and a 1TB SSD. The parts are described as nonproprietary, and the bundle is framed as cheaper than sourcing the components separately. The included keyboard and mouse are widely described as very cheap, so the real value is in the tower itself. Caveats center on CyberPower quality control and support, including wiring issues, defective parts, loud operation, BIOS quirks, and return shipping hassles. A solid parts-for-the-money option if you are comfortable handling setup or warranty issues.
Gamers wanting a high-end 1440p or 4K starter rig, because the Ryzen 7 7800X3D and RTX 5070 FE combination is described as a strong value at this price.
Buyers comparing prebuilt pricing against parts cost, because the included components are estimated to cost about the same or more when bought separately.
The desktop can arrive with assembly issues such as missing fans, poor wiring, a crooked GPU fan shroud, or a nonworking cooler display. Other units have run well for months or years, so the practical takeaway is to inspect it carefully on arrival and be ready to troubleshoot or return it if something is off.
Support can be a weak point: return shipping for RMA may be charged, and some buyers report slow or unhelpful responses after defects. A smoother RMA experience is also reported in some cases, so buying with a solid warranty matters if you do not want to handle repairs yourself.
The bundled peripherals are described as very cheap and low quality, with the keyboard specifically called out for failing lights. A basic Logitech bundle is considered a major upgrade, so many buyers would rather replace the included keyboard and mouse immediately.
At $1599, the system is viewed as competitive because the parts are estimated to cost about the same or more if bought separately, and the 5070 Founders Edition may hold resale value better than an AIB card. The main caveat is that prebuilts can skimp on items like the SSD and PSU, so the value depends on the exact component choices.

After building my own for 30 years I decided to buy a pre built from cyberpower because I could not source the same parts for less. The PC has been fantastic for almost 2 years. Would not hesitate to buy from them again. B T W this PC is a good deal.
AI is telling me the Network card is only 1000GB. Would expect 2.5 at least in 2026.
I also have a couple year old CyberPC I bought from Walmart on super Deal. I have upgraded the Video card and it is doing well. Little concerned about the AIO cooler on the AMD chipset I have, but not enough to change it out yet. I have built PC myself for many years, so not about concerned replacing something if it breaks.
You effectively do not have a warranty in my experience, they are not honorable and... I did have defective ram. This gentleman's review is accurate to my experience.
Huh i had a good experience. Normally i build my own but 9800x3d were hard to get when i wanted so i went with them. Was great for 15 months and the 9800x3d experienced the dreaded failure and i was super happy with the RMA process. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience
I feel cyberpower gets some unfair hate. Yes. You gotta pay return shipping for rma unless u get premium warranty (most builders do the same thing). They are built by hand so sometimes things get missed. Go look at reviews from builders who charge 3x what cyberpower does and they got the SAME problems. Maybe I've been lucky but I've had good experiences with their support team and purchases from them. At $1600 in todays market you gonna have a REAL hard time finding something comparable. A 7800x3d and 5070fe is a damn fine pc.
Pre ram crisis how much would a similar build like this be. With all new parts
GPU 550, CPU 400, RAM 100, 4.0 tlc SSD 100, 360mm AIO /w Screen 80-100, GB B850 Gaming mobo 170, Any case 50-80, Any (Decent) PSU (60-80), $1550-1580? Though the components would be guaranteed to be higher quality (Prebuilts usually skimp on NVME SSD and PSU). Could probably squeeze this out for a few hundred cheaper with tasteful downgrades and definitely if you lived next to a microcenter. At best its a $1300-1350 build from before AI bubble induced apocalypse. There is added value that this is a 5070 Founders Edition in the build, which usually resells better than an AIB model.
Had a neighbor that that had a bad motherboard. CyberPower wanted them to pay for shipping. WTF? It's all about the after-sales support that counts. Don't be a slacker on customer service.
