I still wouldn't recommend it even at this price. Played it on GamePass when it first came out, and still felt ripped off.

Probably haven't played for about a year at this point - has anything changed to make the game less tedious? I definitely enjoyed aspects of it, but all the fast-traveling, traversing, and the sheer amount of fetch & dialogue missions made a huge part of the game dreadful.

This isn't a real game, it's a cult/money laundering scheme. Anyone who tells you it's awesome is just doing so because they spent thousands of real life dollars on imaginary space ships and they have no other choice

Edit My mistake, I was confusing this with Star Citizen.

I got this game free when I ordered a FW laptop. I really want to like it more than I do as it feels like it has great potential, but I honestly haven't really played it too much past the main campaign. The last update I remember added a bit, and the needed vehicles were nice, but as expansive as the open-world(s) can be, there's just not much to do that doesn't feel repetitive.

I actually bought a Series X to play this...was highly disappointed. The game sucked, the Series X hardly got played, and it was a royal waste of $425.

Yeah I've played this as well. This was what they made instead of another Elder scrolls or a Fallout. Maybe it improved with patching but at release it was very boring. They touted having thousands of planets to explore but they're all barren with nothing to do but mine rocks. For 30$ it isn't a bad deal but I don't know if its worth it even at this price
