Pass. Better to pick up Ultra 2 for 500ish. S9 and S10 chip were identical except for chip layout, which was used to make Series 10 much thinner. But Ultra 3 didn't get any thinner, so it's effectively the same device. The screen borders got a tiny bit smaller, if that's important to you.

Picked up 2 of Ultra 3 from Costco for $419 each. It showed up for that price in Costco app (for warehouse stock). In store price was still 799 but they had to honor price showing up in app.

I did the exact same thing, they also had the 11 46mm for $179.For this price though I'd either pay a bit more for the ultra 4 or find a good ultra 2 like everyone else is saying.
