What a joke. Did they raise most game to $80? Even for digital?

The $80 price started over a year ago when they launched the Switch 2 and made Mario Kart World $80. I think they usually make digital $10 cheaper. I'll probably never buy games at full price anymore and just wait for discounts more than just 30%.

Honestly, I used to be more annoyed by Nintendo pricing but then I realized if you buy / sell the physical games you lose very little money by doing so. Playstation games on the other hand lose their value very quickly (downside of games going on sale so quickly).

This sale has caused sales at Target, Best Buy and Walmart. You're better off buying the physical games from them for around 30% off. Walmart has the "save3x" code which is another $10 off a $35 cart.

they should make digital cheaper, never understood why they would charge the same amount for the physical game and the digital code.

That's what I said. I think Nintendo makes their digital Switch 2 games cheaper than the physical. But Nintendo is also one of the only companies putting the full game on the cartridge.

I'm not sure. I seem to remember a few times, esp when a game is first released, that it was the same price for digital and physical and I wasnt thrilled at paying the same price for digital
