Too overpriced. Go to Chilis, you can get the 3 for me. You get an appetizer, The Big QP burger, fries and a drink all for $10.99. Dine in or Chilis To Go, all day, every day, no coupon needed.

I made the mistake of eating at Shake Shack for the first and last time recently. $22 for a sub-mediocre burger, the same crinkle fries your school cafeteria made, and a drink I couldn't get refilled. Service was glacially slow and the place was packed.

Same. My son and I went and spent $40! I just don't understand the hype of this place. And for the commenter who asked for better places than this, if you don't know 3 or 4 local joints better than Shake Shack that's your problem.

I just walked in and ordered. Their Kiosk interface is garbage for explaining finding where and when to enter the promo information. Had a line of people behind me and gave up to just sit down to do it from the app. Got a chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich that's $11. The shackburger is tried and true. IMO, 2 good sandwiches for 11 is a good deal.

I think you are describing In and Out. Average cheap looking burger. Yes I said it. Deal with that West Coast people. 🤣 Their fries is decent though.
