** Sigh... ** I miss the 'old' days when you could count on a sbux $20 GC for $10 a couple of times a year and even more $20 for $15 (could take a little digging, but they were there), and you actually won meaningful prizes on their app games.

Imo, given today's pitiful incentive levels, their prices, (abominable) brewed coffees, promos, rewards, etc. today are flat-out insulting. I left sbux culture about 3 years ago; no regrets and no intent to go back. (I was a years-long daily customer, plus used them for professional purposes dozens and dozens of times).

Agreed. I used to load up on Groupon $20 for $10 gift card deals, now 15% off is about as good as it gets
