I activated and created an account on my Verizon app on the new 11pro. Where do I check below? I tried using T-Mobile 30 days trial and esim isn't downloading. Also when I search imei I see esim 2 isn't available in the phone

When logged into Verizon account and checking device unlock status, it says locked. Even though on front page it said your device is paid off and I can Upgrade now
