Community Reviews

This Verizon Pixel 11 Pro deal is mainly about getting a flagship Pixel at a steep upfront discount, with the best value coming from store pickup, activation, and then canceling the line after verifying unlock status. The phone can work with other carriers like Google Fi, Mint, T Mobile, or Xfinity once unlocked, and the account often shows it as paid in full. The main catch is Verizon's confusing unlock behavior, since shipped orders sometimes stay locked for days or 35 days, and the bootloader remains permanently locked. Cancellation can also trigger full month bills or bill adjustments that may need chat support.

Just did a quick search and came across posts where people waited until the cb posted and then cancel the line(s). One of the post even indicated that person made a bit of money from the high cb.
CB with these folks takes a minimum of 30-60 days. Wouldn't be able to cancel the service as planned if I had to hold it that long.

As stated in a previous post if the cb is $600 per new line, one would probably still come out ahead and or the total cost of the phone would be a lot less. One downside would be the 30-60 days wait and depending on the cb site, the redemption option of the cb may be limited.

for this to work you would need to wait the minimum 30 days, file and then cancel once they approve but they are quite stingy if you dont follow their instructions exactly so its hard to say.. that is really not a bad idea but you are gambling, i guess you would have to pay the $35 activation + 1 -2 months at $45/month to find out. I've seen some other sites that pay out at $75 without the risk.

Now you got me wondering if i should just do that, lol

Just added the following to the cart with the assumption one has the $600 cb per line: 11pro - 512gb and 11 pro - 256gb and the total for me is $1359.38. The total would vary depending on your tax rate. Again, that total is for my cart. $1359.38 - $1200 = $159.38. This total does not take into consideration the extra two months or may be three to wait for the cb to post and then cancel. The cart does show $40/line activation fee waived.

I got a phone today and talked via chat to request cancellation. I was told that I will need to pay in the final bill $45.88, and my cancellation date is officially confirmed for October 25, 2026. Why do I have to pay for the full month of service? Do you guys have any tips to avoid this charge? I used the service for only 1 day! Thanks

All done. Cashback verifications will not work if you cancel the line. It will not verify.

Yeah you would need to keep the line for at least 30 days probably 60 days until they give you the cash back. Did you have any issue with canceling line or did they make you pay another month's charges?

Interacting with a robot on the call right now to permanently disconnect the line and soon going to ask about the device unlock. update: line is permanently canceled. Not sure if there will be some clawback. Already have a free Verizon line from work. update: activated Google Fi e-sim just to test and service is active so the device must already be unlocked.
Thank you for reporting back

I can't find it either. Please DM me
The $600 cb is a targeted offer. What I was referring to was there was a similar cb for $650 and as high as $750 in the past and that others have posted data points regarding the cb.

Hello, cant you just port out the number to Google voice or similar and it auto cancel the line ? Then you don't even need to talk to Verizon at all

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Just picked up my phone from local Verizon store. Unboxed and activated phone on Verizon. Added Mint Esim to make sure it was unlocked. Mint service connected no problem. Chatted with Verizon rep online and service was cancelled in under 10 minutes. Just told the agent service was terrible at my home address and they didn't even question it. I now have a shiny new sage green Pixel 11 Pro for $515 out the door. If the agent told you you owe the first month, try a different agent. Others in here saying to stay away from deal because to many hoops to jump through or potential clawbacks, they are wrong. It was super easy and I'll be enjoying my new Pixel
