As for the bill. Contacted chat again, and got that bill removed since I only used the service for 2 days.

I did not say anything about the phone. I just said the I want the line cancelled. She cancelled the line. In the end she said "I'll send you the phone return label. At this point the line is cancelled and I have the fully paid phone. Wondering what if anything happens if I ignore the return label?
