Added international travel pass days to 2 of my lines. Went to Venice. 1 phone roamed, 1 phone didn't. Exact phones on same os. Exact esim settings. Purchased a data only esim for that device after dealing with the worst customer service for 2 hours and then not fixing it.
Asked for a refund of travel pass days. Promised credit. Nothing.
