And local streaming is fine, but for anyone who likes to game on a commute or flight there's no good alternative to the actual switch 2 hardware. I've emulated my switch games on my ROG Xbox ally x and it's still a clunkier and worse experience than native hardware when traveling.

i'd be surprised if we are getting $400 switch 2s on black friday. if you're ok with refurb, this seems like a good way to go, especially if you can make a new account for $60 off instead of $40.

Isn't this one small step away from piracy? If you're copying the data from a legal copy that you presumably paid for, and then later sell the game, and you still own a copy of the game data on your PC hard drive? Or worse, you outright downloaded the game illegally for free. I'm sure no SD'ers have ever done that.

I dismissed getting the Switch 2 long ago, I think before it even came out. One look at the price and the fact that I never touched my pro switch anymore made it easy. All of a sudden there's an Ocarina of Time remake and it's only on S2? ! Am I crazy for even considering getting one now because of one game? The nostalgia bait is so strong.
