Great price, terrible product. They constantly keep screwing up the software on Cube V3, only stable 50% of the time. I keep a Cube V2 on a separate HDMI input for that reason.

Native Smart TV apps are usually pretty terrible and outdated.

If your smart tv apps work great, no reason to get anything else. If they are buggy, then i'd recommend getting a nvidia shield tv pro. Its a little old, but IMO still the best out there.

These android/fire/roku boxes will always be faster than a tv internal apps....the reality is i can set my tv to go to a specific input (my streaming box) every time i turn on the tv automatically.

I have a gen 1 cube and i would consider upgrading for effectively $67 (20% discount + $5)
But I'm really sick of how loaded with ads the amazon system has become.
I just want to see my apps and not worry that I'm going to accidentally click on a banner that subscribes me to something,
