I like them because these are super lightweight in comparison, don't need to be filled with sand, can be stored easily and ready at a moment's notice.

0.75 lbs before water absorption.
How fast for initial flood water to wash it away?
How fast will wind blow it away before it gets hit by any water?
Kinda seems like they'll be in the wind or up the river before doing what they are supposed to do.
I think I can find something better to waste $21.57 on!
