- Terrible connectivity issues
- Frequent device failures, requiring restart or replacement
- Nothing records at the quality, duration or focus its supposed to.
Examples: I set it to record an event for 15 seconds and only does 3 in garbage quality and has missed capturing critical moments where people are attempting to get in to our property, just last night for example.
- I have bought probably 20 of their cameras (over 8-10 different models) and all but 2 older versions even work OK.
- The "New" 2k or ?K models are no better.

I'm wondering if you're getting wireless interference causing video degradation when recording? Did you try the XR mode?
On a long distance through some walls, on regular it wasn't reaching. I enabled XR and it's pretty dang good, and I'm expecting XR+ to be even better. Of course the picture quality is like most cheaper cameras. Don't expect 4k clarity. Closer to dashcam type quality.
If you don't mind paying a subscription, there may be better choices out there or try local storage. Maybe the issue isn't local wifi, but your internet may be slow upload speeds. A lot of internet service provider gives asymmetric internet with paltry upload speed and terrible latency.
