For $139.
People will recommend Fosi but Fosi and the rest don't have anything that compares to this amount of flexibility and future-proofing, just a little more powerful but 30 watts would be plenty for those speakers.
I use the B50SE version on one of my desktops pushing through KEF speakers. 86 dB so harder to drive than those Klipsch. No ARC, BT-out or phono but is $89. I love it.
If you don't need all that flexibility then any of the Chi-Fi brands will have something cheap that will do the job. And the Arylic is just bare bones faceplate so no meters, screens, flashing lights or anything, in case that matters.
Otherwise your typical receiver amps like Yamaha, Denon, Sony, etc will do great. Used, of course...for that budget.
As for powered, I don't use them. I enjoy the journey so I have a half-dozen passive speaker models I rotate occasionally but only a couple amps. If my amp goes, my speakers are fine, but if the amp of your powered speakers goes, you're without an amp AND speakers. I'm just a fan of keeping things separate. That way you can easily upgrade portions of your system as you go.
Just my opinion.

There are a couple ways to go with this. A streaming amp or a streamer AND amp. Again, I'm a fan of separates in case one thing goes bad.
I can recommend a refurbished wiim amp pro for $265 (I don't see the regular Wiim amp right now). It's a streamer & amp. Good software, very popular so a lot of support out there. I got the Wiim Ultra factory refurb for $239 and I use it with a Yamaha receiver. I went with Wiim because one of my streaming services (YouTube Music) isn't included in most streamers.
You could get an amp and then the Wiim mini ($65 refurb right now) but it's not as complete as the other Wiim models. Then Airplay is only on a few models, if that matters. Arylic and other brands also have lower priced streamers (no amp).
Anyway, the Arylic quality is perfectly fine but I haven't used that streamer.
