I love the taste and texture of this rice, but I started gaining weight after incorporating it into my diet. It's so irresistible that I had trouble maintaining portion control.

I also chilled mine and ate it cold to boost the resistant starch, but that had no effect.

Any time I bring home a bag of grains, flour, or nuts, I freeze it for 3 days. I've had just one Indian meal moth infestation and that's enough to cause moth PTSD. Now, whenever I see a small moth on my house, I immediately kill it and inspect it.
