For context, I wear a US 10 for normal shoes, a 10.5 for running shoes, and a 9.5 for boots.
I ordered the 9.5s first and they felt like a good size standing still but had quite a bit of slippage when walking. I decided to order the 9s thinking it would just be a little snugger and fix the slipping. Nope. They were waaaaay smaller. They also don't feel like the same size between each side. The left is very snug but manageable, the right is so tight I can barely get it on or off.
Because they don't allow exchanges or returns if you use the code, I'd recommending finding somewhere that carries these (or a close Wolverine equivalent) and trying them on before ordering.
I'm still trying to break in the 9.5s, hoping that once they can flex more they'll stop rubbing, but it's too early to tell if that will work.
