I don't see it loaded under my rewards. My location does show as participating in the list. Would they let me order in-person if I mention the BOGO? And while it says limit 1 BOGO per transaction, does it mean we could do 1 more transaction for another BOGO if there are 4 people dining together? Thanks.

Just tell them you have the digital coupon for the BOGO, they most likely know what you are talking about. If not, show them the digital coupon displayed in the pics above and that should work. Take a screenshot to make things easier at checkout. 😉

I have never been to Smashburger before but I clicked on the Smashburger link In the details... takes me to a page that states the bogo offer... I'm just gonna show them the snapshot and hope it works.

The same thing happens to me, you just gotta manually add it every time as a new gift card. Saving it to your account does nothing. It doesn't work how it should.

The girl at my shop was super confused about the promo. I just showed her the website and she was able to enter it. She acted weird about it though but it all worked out fine in the end.

Side note, I bought 2 double smashburgers (paid for 1 obviously) and a large smash fries and it came out to just under $20. Crazy that I could get a double double and fries at in n out for half that...
