If accuracy is actually as they state, then it's way more accurate than you need for your German cars 🤣

This digital 3 8 inch torque wrench stands out as a low cost way to get a bright screen and audible beep for common light to mid range jobs. The build and case are described as solid, and the wrench is said to match Harbor Freight click type readings in side by side use. The stated plus or minus 2 percent accuracy also lines up with standard expectations for this class. Caveats include skepticism about precision for critical work, a beep that can come on late, and occasional battery compartment issues. A budget friendly pick for DIY torque work when exact calibration is not the top priority.
Common Questions (4)
It is advertised at ±2% accuracy, which matches the typical spec for a 2-place torque wrench. Some users trust it for general DIY and say it matches their Harbor Freight click-type wrenches, while others would not rely on it for highly precise jobs like suspension work or calibration-critical tasks.
Several users compare it favorably to Harbor Freight click-type wrenches and say it matches their readings, but others prefer the blue Quinn/Freight Harbor digital wrench instead. The Quinn version is described as longer with more leverage, though it costs about twice as much on sale.
It uses 2 AAA batteries, but one unit arrived missing the spring connectors that hold them securely. Another report says the included screwdriver was too large and coarse-edged to install the battery, even though the wrench itself seemed well built.
Yes. The SKMHX8VB code works on the linked 3/8" version without adapters, but it does not work on the cheaper 3/8" listing that includes adapters.

I got this suzume. The screwdriver that comes with it was too big and coarse edged to put the battery in, nobody else had that experience?
The wrench itself seems well built otherwise.
