This is a direct thermal shipping label printer aimed at small businesses that print a lot of packages. The labels are reported to look good and the printer is easy to use, and the Bluetooth setup can be bypassed with a continuously running server for AirPrint style printing. The main drawbacks are durability and compatibility concerns, since direct thermal labels can fade with heat and time, the roll size may not fit UPS rolls, and the connection can drop after a few hours. A practical pick if you want simple shipping labels and can live with the format limits.
Small businesses shipping parcels daily, because the labels look good and the printer is easy to use for routine shipping jobs.
Shippers who want direct thermal labels for temporary packages, because heat-based printing is suited to labels that do not need long-term durability.
Office setups that can keep a server running, because AirPrint can be enabled without relying on Bluetooth and the companion app for every job.
Businesses needing labels that survive heat, sunlight, or long storage, because direct thermal labels fade and are not UV resistant.
Warehouse shippers using UPS rolls, because the roll compartment seems too small to fit them.
Users who need a printer that stays connected to a PC all day, because it can lose the connection and require power cycling.
Operations that need durable labels on vinyl or other long-lasting materials, because direct thermal cannot print on those materials.

Thermal transfer means you need the ribbon, we used to use those at Amazon but I don't think I saw one there past ~2019 or so.
I have a used Zebra LP 2844, still works great. However I only ever printed like 25 labels a month at most with it.
