Quick reddit says "very low quality for the price" and a lot of returns....
Very odd "plastic free" marketing gimmick
According to the website for this company, it is tested and certified to the Specialty Coffee Association's (SCA) Golden Cup standard to maintain 195°–205°F through the full brew cycle and also has a pre-bloom infusion cycle.
As long as the quality is good, this thing checks out as a solid coffee machine on paper and appears to be very similar to the Technivorm.
Obviously you want to pair this with a nice grinder.
