I am curious of the advantage of these type of Amazon tools over say Kobalt/Husky when you can return broken tools to a nearby Lowes/Home Depot and get a replacement. Maybe most just consider these disposable at the price offered?

This is my hangup. For example, the Husky 280 piece kit has been $99 for a long time now and has a place you can return it if you don't like it no questions asked, and get support or replacement parts. I don't want to have to get support from Vevor, so the discount has to be pretty siginificant.

these sets/tools don't typically break.. especially under basic DIY use
i have multiple socket and wrench sets from vevor craftsman pittsburgh and haven't broken any yet

your much more likely to lose pieces than break any

If you break a piece from a cheap set like this, it's time to upgrade to higher quality tools tbh.

314 pieces sounds great until you count how many of them are hex keys and screwdriver bits padding the number. Anyone have the actual socket count? That is the number that matters in a set like this.
