Just FYI, "for life" means until they feel like changing their mind, which is in a few years or less.

Joining in on the sh*posting here. Nothing is "for life" with Tmobile. Maybe they'll convince my kids of that nonsense when they are adults but they've lost all trust for anyone paying attention for the last 2 decades. I appreciate the "free" Pixel 10s but I'm very excited to leave to Google Fi in just over a year from now.

Man, I've lost so much respect for them. Been a customer for 24 years and they just changed my plan and now charge me more. I never agreed to any of it. They literally made public promises they broke on the exact plan I was on. Really disappointed with them.

Yep. Same here. I'll probably make the same move after wasting hours everyday speaking with customer support- which I'm doing out of spite.
