Good gloves. They are basically the same material/quality as Milwaukee's version but they fit me better and I like the orange.

Note that these have "cancer and reproductive harm" warnings, whereas Milwaukees don't. I'll return mine, since it'll be in the back of my mind every time I put them on.

California Proposition 65 warning labels frequently appear on a wide array of products as a precautionary measure by companies seeking to avoid costly private lawsuits. Businesses over-warning consumers serves as a legal safe harbor because the regulation permits private enforcement actions for missing labels. Additionally, the state establishes chemical exposure limits thousands of times lower than recognized danger thresholds, which triggers warnings for trace amounts that present negligible risk. These labels also do not differentiate between standard product use and high-dose exposure, categorizing harmless goods alongside genuine toxic hazards. Consequently, many manufacturers apply these warnings nationwide across their packaging, exposing consumers outside California to constant notices on everyday items.

While protecting you from little more than paper cuts.

ANSI Cut Levels (Quick Guide):
  • A1–A2: Light protection (paper, light materials)
  • A3–A4: Medium protection (general warehouse work)
  • A5–A6: High protection (sharp tools, metal)
  • A7–A9: Extreme protection (heavy industrial, glass, steel)

YES, it is important to make sure you don't put these in your mucous membranes where chemical transfer may occur: Don't put these in your eyes, nose, ears, anus, or genital openings. Also don't eat them. If you avoid these activities they (prop 95 materials) will likely not cause you cancer.

Honestly I'd be re-evaluating my life rather than thinking about cancer warnings while doing any of the above with work gloves.
